How the challenge works:
This 28-Day Challenge is fully online. After the challenge starts, you will receive an email every morning at 07:00 for 28 consecutive days, containing information and a corresponding assignment.
During the challenge, we focus on awareness and health. There will be no sports or movement exercises involved, nor is it a diet, so you wonāt receive weekly meal plans to stick to. However, you will receive plenty of inspiration for healthy recipes. This is exactly why this challenge works so well for so many people! The results are truly astonishing š±.
We all find ourselves in a "diet culture," and I believe that all these rules have created a lot of resistance within us. Moreover, we are all different, with unique lives and varying needs. So how can there be a "one size fits all"? Exactly, there canāt!
This challenge provides you with all the tools you need to achieve a healthy weight. But you will integrate these tools into YOUR life, tailored to what you specifically need to reach your goals.

Why I (Astrid) Started This Challenge
In the past 10 years, I have fought to regain my health. I was tired, exhausted, and far too heavy.
I tried countless ways to get fit and lose weight, but for a long time, I was unsuccessful. I consulted nutritionists, my doctor, joined gyms, participated in boot camps, tried juice fasting, followed dietary guidelines, consumed meal shakes and bars, and experimented with numerous diets. Unfortunately, none of this yielded significant results, and I continued to grow heavier, reaching over 149 kilos!
But I didnāt give up! I refused to accept that this was the body I would have for the rest of my life.
My greatest sorrow? Not being able to ride horses because I was too heavy. It was devastating! Until two years ago, when I gradually discovered the āMagical Formulaāāa combination of various themes in my lifestyle and dietary choices.
As a result, I lost over 80 kilos in two years. This transformation was lasting and achieved without great effort, but it did require adjustments in my lifestyle and making different choices.
As someone with firsthand experience, I understand how frustrating it can be when you canāt get a handle on your weight. I also know how incredible it feels to understand why you gain weight and to have the tools at your disposal to lose it until you reach your target weight and learn how to maintain it, ensuring you never become overweight again.

By participating and adjusting my eating habits, I have overcome all the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Due to all the bowel surgeries, my digestive system functions a bit differently. I will keep going; weight loss was not my primary goalārelieving my digestive pain, gaining more energy, and eating healthier were. And I have achieved that! - MD
Currently, Iām fluctuating between losing 4 to 5 kg, which I consider a pretty good result in just a month. It's amazing that youāve launched such a project. The support from the group really makes it much easier. It's also comforting to know that others stumble too, but you can bounce back much quicker.
